Why Beauty Bloggers Of Color Are Important…

As a blogger of color I felt it was time to speak my truth… One I’m extremely lazy that’s why it’s taken me almost ten years to run my own platform, two I love all things beauty, gossip and political, and last but not least I’m a person of color who believes in other people of color, and that we need to be better represented.

If you immersed yourself into my blog then you surely will notice a few things, this blog is a people of color owned blog, we support several denominations and backgrounds, and we love to leave our readers guessing….

Black beauty bloggers are important because how will we be able to showcase our own beauty, talent, intelligence and skill? No one cares to look  for us because we’re not having platforms for us to be discovered.

I suppose I have a story to tell, and my culture will die if I don’t do my part. Asking questions, showcasing my talent as well as so many others. In truth beauty bloggers of color represent a minority that is always being told “you’re not good enough.” My team and I are here to change that dynamic, and I hope that those reading this, sharing this, and asking those questions are here to help us no matter what color or background you are.
